Red-light districts & adult areas in Manila

Manila's map is four zones and one ghost. P. Burgos Street (Makati): the 200-metre premier strip — Lips, Nautika, Neon Nights, Halim's, Maison, sports bars, massage salons and freelancers, no admission fees, the safest and most tourist-friendly quarter, with the Poblacion hostess-style satellites just off it. Ermita: Del Pilar Street, the oldest red-light district — 10–15 girly bars cleaned up to sports-bar style around LA Café's freelancer floor. Malate: the Adriatico KTV belt, 50+ karaoke houses priced for unlimited drinking. And the ghost: EDSA Entertainment Complex in Pasay — the second go-go hub — did not survive the pandemic and has been demolished; a commercial building stands there since January 2026.

What each zone is for

Burgos is the show: the non-inclusive barfines, the 4,600 Lips tier, the 9pm quality cliff and the Sunday dip — and, per the counter-view, not even the top of the looks market (the BGC clubs and the Seeking tier hold that). Ermita is the value floor of the visible market — LA Café's no-fine freelancers against Del Pilar's tamed bars. Malate's KTVs are the Asian-customer belt — 500–600 peso unlimited packages, the youngest and lightest-skinned tier behind 400-peso lady drinks and 4,000/8,000 fines. The short-time hotel layer stitches it together at 500 a room (Victoria Court the chain the girls know by name), and the strip's geography — one walking street plus two districts a taxi apart — makes Manila a one-night-three-markets city for the determined.

Zone names describe where the nightlife concentrates; they say nothing about quality, safety or legality of any specific place.
